Shipping & Delivery (USA)

Ships from Fontana, California. Standard Ground shipping, 3-5 business days for delivery.
*We don’t currently offer International Shipping at this time on individual orders.

A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships. Rush orders are available upon requests for bulk or wholesale orders only. Contact us to inquire.

Return Policy

No refunds or returns. Damaged delivery? Contact us and email a photo the day of delivery to exchange.

At TEMPLE COPAL each item is unique due to the sticks handmade quality. Some items may come with
natural “flaws” as is the nature of the product.

TEMPLE COPAL is not responsible for misuse of any and all of it’s products, or negligence in the handling
of or improper care for or placement of it’s incense sticks. The customer assumes 100% responsibility
with the use of our products upon purchase and transfer. Please use responsibly.
